6:30 P.M. Wednesday Evening Worship
We gather in the middle of the week for Evening Prayer, a brief service with psalms, readings, prayers and silence. Currently, this service meets virtually on Zoom.
Youth PROGRAM
Middle and high school age youth gather monthly for faith exploration, social activities and service learning.
Women’s Circle
St. James Women’s Circle meets monthly on various Saturdays at 10 am, offering topical discussions on a variety of themes related to spirituality.
St. Martin De Porres
Each second Sunday of the month a team from St. James helps prepare a nutritious meal for several hundred people at St. Martin de Porres. Martin’s, as it is affectionately known, is a free restaurant inspired by the Catholic Worker Movement operated 100 percent by volunteers since it opened in 1971.
St. James Preschool

St. James Faith in Action Team
we are a member congregation of Faith In Action Bay Area, a faith-based community organizing initiative involving more than 100 congregations, schools, and community groups working for justice and equality in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. We address local issues related to affordable housing, immigration, and racial justice.

Feeding Ministry
on the second Sunday of each month, a volunteer team from St. James prepares and serves a meal to more than 200 hungry neighbors at St. Martin de Porres.
