Sunday, October 8 after the 10 a.m. service Faith in Action is a ministry of St. James open to all. If you are concerned about issues of affordable housing, immigration, healthcare, and/or social justice - and are called to learn more, advocate at the local, state, or national level, or bear witness to peaceful collective community civic engagement, you are invited to join us. Our next monthly meeting will be held on Sunday, October 8 following the 10 a.m. service. Please contact Rev. Ayanna Moore or Barbara Webb at if you would like to be added to our email list.

Sundays, 5:30 p.m. Please join us as we sit for 20 minutes of silent meditation. Find a quiet space to end your weekend. Take a break from the busyness of your life. Feel the power of meditating with a group. All are welcome. We gather quietly in the sanctuary at 5:30 p.m. and prepare for our meditation together. One-on-one instruction for beginning meditators is available. At 5:45 p.m. we commence 20 minutes of silence. Our intent is that the silence will serve to open our hearts to the Divine and each other, in love and peace, justice and human dignity. Please join us.
